Reiki

Usui Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the client by means of touch. This primarily allows the physical body to fully relax and let go of accumulated stress that is picked up in day-to-day life. A Reiki session allows for the highest integration and deepest release, so that clients can re-enter their lives in a more mindful, gentle and restored state.

  • Typically, Reiki practitioners conduct their work via the energetic body, also known as the Auric Field, which is about 3 feet outside of the body. I personally practice hands-on Reiki, where I gently lay hands in differing sequences along the entire body. This practice is important to me because I’ve found that outside of romantic relationships, adults don’t get very much physical affection. I believe that this contributes, in part, to the divisiveness that we see in the world today.

Akashic Records

Akasha is a Sanskrit word derived from the ancient Vedantic philosophies of India. It describes the etheric, energetic non-material that makes up much of the cosmos. The Akashic Field is an incredibly expansive vibration of energy. This field of energy is crystalline in structure and exquisite in its sensitivity, which registers every vibration, no matter how slight, across all realms.

The Akashic Records are an energetic collection of imprints registered through impulse, feeling, thought, spoken word, and action. It is composed of past lives, present realities, and future potential for a soul and all life forces. As we journey through this massive awakening of all life on earth, we now have many ways to access this infinite resource. Through a Personal Pathway, we invoke an immediate and protected channel to connect with the energy of the Akashic Records and Source Consciousness.

Tarot

Tarot is a visual representation of the intelligence that your guides, teachers, and loved ones on the other side would like you to become aware of, to help move you along on your spiritual journey. I’m a little different than most Tarot card readers in that I tap into my natural intuitive and psychic abilities to channel in the most pertinent information. I have a book of different kinds of spreads that I ask each client to flip through to find their best spread, it’s a totally collaborative experience!
